EVANS CITY — A single vehicle crash has a portion of Mars Evans City Road slowed to one lane of traffic Wednesday morning.

A fire hydrant and gas line were damaged in the accident near Marburger Farm Dairy.

Water from the hydrant is flooding onto the road as emergency crews work to repair the damage. Fire department officials are on scene to control traffic.

No injuries were reported.

Callery Volunteer Fire Department officials said traffic will be restricted until gas company workers arrive to repair the line. Motorists should expect delays.
