Patricia L. Muto

Patricia L. Muto, 74, of Butler passed away Sunday at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born in Wilmerding on Jan. 29, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Victor D. and Frances E. Poole Stutz.

She was retired from the French and Belgium Club, where she worked as a bartender. Formerly, she also was employed as a secretary for Dr. C.M. Spina and as a cafeteria worker at Emily Brittain School.

She was a member of the St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. She also belonged to the French and Belgium Club Auxiliary and she bowled in the French and Belgium Club Bowling League.

She is survived by her four daughters, Dana Lawson and her husband, David, of Butler, Terri Shelton of Butler, Vicki Brandt and her husband, James, of Chicora and Michele “Micki” Kerner of Butler; one son, Samuel A. Muto Jr. of Templeton; four grandchildren, Heather Lawson of Meadville, Joshua Lawson of Butler, Ashley Brandt of Chicora and April Brandt of Butler; one great-granddaughter, Makenna Reibel of Meadville; and her former husband, Samuel A. Muto Sr. of Butler.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

MUTO — Friends of Patricia L. Muto, who passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012, will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday. A blessing service will be at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.The burial will be in East Butler Presbyterian Church Cemetery.Information also is available at www.martinfh.net.
