James D. Miller

James D. Miller

James D. Miller, 79, of Cabot went to his home of eternal rest after several years of failing health, surrounded by his family at the Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born Dec. 9, 1934, in Allegheny Township, he was the son of the late James C. Miller and Mabel E. Benson Miller.

He operated a sawmill and made pallets while working at the Freeport Brick Yard. He started building houses with the help of his brother in the late 1960s, continuing to this day. He enjoyed his family, traveling, gambling and his work.
