We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our many friends, neighbors and relatives for the kindness and sympathy shown during our recent bereavement, the loss of our beloved Vivian Wittik.

We especially wish to thank the medical care teams at Butler Memorial Hospital, especially the staff on 5 Tower ICU and 6 Tower, the Sunnyview Rehab Unit and the VNA Hospice, for the wonderful care she received, to Geibel Funeral Home, and to Father Harry Bielewicz and Father Douglas Lorance for the beautiful services conducted at the funeral home, church, and cemetery.

Those who sent flowers, cards, food, donated the use of their cars, and all others who in any way tended to lessen our sorrow.
