Irma Leora Lutz
Irma Leora Lutz, 87, formerly of Connoquenessing Township, passed away Tuesday at the Chicora Medical Center.
She was born March 31, 1922, in Connoquenessing, the daughter of the late Frank Fehl and the late Mazie (Frishkorn) Fehl.
She was a member of the Connoquenessing Methodist Church.
She enjoyed cooking and her church work.
She had attended the Tanglewood Senior Center.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John D. (Charlotte "Tot") Vild of New Brighton and Mrs. John (Karen) Rice of Valencia; a son and his wife, Edward and Peggy Lutz of Evans City; twin sisters, Twila Ritzert of Butler and Thelma Schoeffel of Evans City; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; two step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Howard E. Lutz, who she married May 26, 1939, and who died Dec. 30, 1990; a brother, Theron Fehl; and a daughter-in-law, Mary (Neigh) Lutz.
