Missing girl is home safe
CENTER TWP — A 16-year-old girl, who had been missing since Monday, is home safe.
Faith Lynn Hustak was returned to her Chestnut Drive home by state police at about 10 a.m. today.
Her mother, Nicole Hustak, said she hasn't yet had a chance to find out where her daughter had been.
The family last saw the girl when she got on the school bus at 7 a.m. Monday. Officials said she attended all of her classes at Butler High School that day, but did not return home afterward. She had a cellular telephone, but made no contact with friends or family, including three siblings.
State police sent out a media statement Tuesday when the family reported Faith, who has left her home three times in the past year, as missing.
