Rowan Road closed after crew strikes gas line
Portions of Rowan and Peters roads in Cranberry Township were closed to through traffic Monday, July 24, from the intersection of Rowan and Marshall roads to the intersection of Peters and Franklin roads.
According to dispatch, construction crews struck a gas line near the area of Canterbury Trail late Monday morning.
The Cranberry Volunteer Fire Company and Columbia Gas were on the scene.
The roads reopened as of 4:30 p.m. Monday.
