Armstrong County fire kills three
One child and two adults died in a fire early Monday morning, Feb. 24, on North Grant Avenue in Kittanning.
Initial reports said the coroner confirmed the deaths, and two other children evacuated the home.
Armstrong County dispatchers said the call came in around 3:49 a.m., and fire crews were still on scene at 8:45 a.m. containing the incident.
Representatives from Kittanning Hose Company #6 declined to comment.
