Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 19 — David Russell Pisor, 36, of Washington Township, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence following a Feb. 15 crash in Marion Township. Police said Pisor took two preliminary breath tests that showed blood alcohol content readings of 0.128% and 0.126%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Feb. 19 — Kelsey Elizabeth Simons, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia following a Feb. 5 incident in Clay Township. Police said Simons had an empty stamp bag and crack pipe while being arrested on an active warrant.
Feb. 19 — Ronald James Snow, 63, of Emlenton, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence following a Feb. 19 traffic stop in Allegheny Township. Police said Snow had a blood alcohol content of 0.232%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Feb. 12 — Marshall Lee Gadd, 50, of Canton, Ohio, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property related to a Feb. 5 incident. Police said Gadd stole 10 boxes of flooring valued at $699.49.
Feb. 18 — Theresa Marie Dennis, 56, and Eric Richard McFeaters, 60, both of Slippery Rock, were each charged with misdemeanor buying or exchanging Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits following a Feb. 6 incident. Police said Dennis unlawfully allowed McFeaters to use her EBT card.
Feb. 18 — Jacob Joshua Campbell, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor obstructing officers following a Feb. 18 incident. Police said Campbell identified himself as an attorney and encouraged an individual not to answer questions or identify themselves to police.
Feb. 18 — Paul Eugene Gross III, 18, of Wintersville, Ohio, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and obstructing law enforcement following a Feb. 18 incident. Police said Gross was yelling obscenities at patrons outside Ginger Hill Tavern and refused to provide identification.
Feb. 18 — Abraham Jared Patterson, 22, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor theft and receiving stolen property related to a Feb. 7 incident. Police said Patterson stole a wallet containing around $500.
