Police arrest 18-year-old for stabbing in Butler Twp.
Butler Township police arrested a Butler man in relation to a stabbing Monday, March 3, at Benevan Square on New Castle Road in Butler Township.
Hunter James Ferrer-Anderson, 18, is being charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said Ferrer-Anderson stabbed a 23-year-old man in his left arm following a minor traffic dispute. The grades of the charges were not immediately available.
Ferrer-Anderson was held in Butler County Prison overnight and released Tuesday morning. The man who was stabbed was transported to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition, police said.
