Drill used to threaten woman in Clearfield Township road rage incident, police say
A man is accused of brandishing a black handheld drill to threaten a Kittanning woman during a road rage incident earlier this year in Clearfield Township, according to a Thursday, April 17, news release from state police.
James Conway was advised his behavior could be considered threatening following the incident, which was reported at about 7:30 a.m. Jan. 27 near the intersection of McGrady Road and Route 422 East, police said.
