Butler Ambulance Service responded to a Wednesday morning crash along Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township, involving a school van with no students aboard.

Knoch School District superintendent David Foley said the district’s school van ran into a mailbox, and the driver was uninjured.

The crash was reported at 7:38 a.m. The initial call indicated the school van that had left the road near 555 Saxonburg Road.

The driver was evaluated at the scene by Butler Ambulance Service.
